Our, family owned, neighborhood bakery in little ol' Bozeman, MT just received the prestigious Great Harvest Phenomenal Bread Award for 2010, ! What is that you ask...Every year all of the Great Harvests in the country, over 200!, send in a loaf of Honey Whole Wheat to be evaluated. Our loaf was one of the top 6 chosen for taste, texture and appearance and is made of just five simple, all-natural ingredients: whole grain wheat, honey, water, yeast, and salt. We use wheat grown by family farmers in Montana’s “Golden Triangle” north of Great Falls, and honey from Belgrade’s Barnett’s Honey. You can find this as well as other phenomenal breads on our bread schedule. |
